Hong Kong Trip Day 2

We woke up early in the morning at i think 8am as we are travelling to Macau today!!
Took the MTR to Sheung Wan and bought our ferry tickets. We are travelling to Macau by this ferry called TURBOJET... tickets on weekend 146 hkd for economy class (Day Service - 0700-1800). Tickets are selling like hotcakes there...By the way, the ferry departs every 15mins...

Had our breakfast at a cafe nearby before boarding the ferry...
The ferry is quite nice... quite comfortable also...

The ferry ride took about an hour... after which we finally arrived at Macau!!
To our horror, the custom is disastrous!!! It is packed with people till you dont even know where is the queue... so we were stuck there for nearly 1.5hrs....

We finally cleared the custom, and took the free Venetian Shuttle Bus to the Grand Grand Venetian!!!! The biggest Casino in Macau!!!

Didnt take any pics of the Casino... cos i tink we are not allowed to do so... Heh... But it is really nice... This is my time visit to a Casino =) and i guess that's y i have some beginner's luck... Played the jackpot machine, and i won a mini jackpot of 700 over hkd....

After a few hours of gambling, we wanted to leave the place and travel to this place called "da san ba" where my colleague recommend... we wanted to take cab, but as it was raining... the cab queue was really really long.... we walked rounds n rounds, got stuck in this giantic shopping centre which is just like a maze.... and in the end, we took at shuttle bus to Sands to take a taxi...

By the time we board the cab, it was already 6pm or so... and the taxi driver told us that da san ba is closed!!!!! so he drove us to Senado Square... read bout it in forum, a must visit place in Macau! And we found Koi Kei - this place which is famous for it's almond biscuits and other goodies.... Mummy and daddy went crazy..... n in the end we spend 800hkd in the shop!!!!

Had our not so tasty dinner at at a chinese cafe/restaurant.....

Then took the ferry back to Hong Kong....
